Ultra-large capacity preheater with intelligent temperature control

WINFAR-ZS3000II is WinFar's original creation, the first large-capacity preheater in China that supports fully intelligent temperature control. It can have a large capacity while being able to ignite and stop the fire in a fully automatic, precise and intelligent manner.

WINFAR-ZS3000II/4000II/5000II/6000II can be divided into the following systems: dual power generation, power storage system, multiple insulation kettle body, heating system, electric control stirring system, high-precision temperature control system, etc.

(1) Multiple insulation attachments

First of all, different from the splicing welding process of other manufacturers, this preheater adopts single, large-area, national standard thick steel plate for barrel body production, which has greatly improved the structure, firmness, insulation and other aspects.

The unique air circulation heating insulation structure combined with the side full-surrounding heat-locking insulation layer can effectively lock the heat into the kettle cylinder, without worrying about the uneven heating of large capacity.

The bottom combustion chamber also uses 5 layers of flame-retardant composite insulation layer to effectively prevent heat from being lost from the bottom and transferred to the truck bed (to prevent damage to heavy-loaded engineering vehicles), while also having flame-retardant properties, greatly improving operation safety.

(2) Heating system

The Italian imported Riello burner has greatly enhanced thermal efficiency and can realize automatic electronic ignition. It adopts a mechanical supercharger system, does not require a fan, has good atomization effect, and the flame is more fully burned. The flame is stable, does not coke, does not clog, and has a longer service life.

The heat is introduced into the paint at the most direct and effective angle to accelerate the melting process.

The pot bottom uses an exclusive support design to prevent the pot bottom from deforming due to heavy loads and prevent the pot from collapsing and leaking. The heating combustion chamber adopts a closed design to effectively lock the heat of the burner and use every bit of heat on the melt, further saving fuel costs. At the same time, the combustion chamber adopts a surround-type insulation and flame-retardant structure combined with the advantages of a closed structure to lock the temperature while avoiding open flames on the outside of the fuselage, effectively improving the safety of large-scale operations.

(3) Electronically controlled stirring system

The imported high-torque heavy-load hydraulic motor is combined with a reduction gear device to fully and effectively promote heat conduction with ultra-high torque, thereby melting the paint evenly and efficiently.

The first-line domestic brand reversing valve is equipped with an electronic control system. There is no need to climb up and down the machine body. One-button operation can be performed to observe the melting of the paint while operating the stirring system with one hand, realizing positive and negative alternating stirring operations. The failure rate is extremely low, so that the paint is fully and evenly heated to avoid insufficient melting.

(4) The first large-capacity and high-precision temperature control system in China

The first large-capacity and high-precision temperature control system in China can set the temperature according to the actual construction environment. The temperature control accuracy can reach 99%, perfectly realizing automatic shutdown when the temperature reaches the temperature and automatic ignition when the temperature drops, avoiding excessive heating and burning of the paint or excessive heating and wasting of fuel, further improving the economy and simplicity of hot melt marking operations, and novice construction can also perfectly control the material temperature.
