
The Elite Temperature Control Kettle is an intelligent constant-temperature melting equipment specially customized for hot-melt road marking construction scenarios, including municipal roads, highways, parking lots and community roads. It is professionally designed for melting, heat preservation and homogeneous stirring of hot-melt marking coatings. Hot-melt marking coatings are extremely temperature-sensitive and require a stable working temperature of 180–220℃. Excessively high temperature will decompose coating resin, invalidate additives, cause material blackening and coking, and lead to brittle cracking and peeling of constructed markings. Too low temperature will result in poor coating fluidity, uneven coating thickness, insufficient compaction and low adhesion of glass beads, thus affecting the anti-reflection performance. Equipped with a dedicated temperature control program for road marking, the Elite temperature control kettle locks the standard construction temperature range and adopts high-precision sensor monitoring with a temperature control accuracy of ±2℃. It dynamically stabilizes the temperature in real time, eliminates construction quality defects caused by temperature deviation, and ensures flat molding and long-term durability of road markings.
Different from traditional open-flame direct heating and local dry-burning structures, this equipment adopts a double-layer jacket heat conduction oil heat exchange technology. The heat conduction oil covers the entire kettle body evenly, realizing gentle temperature rise and uniform heat distribution. It completely eliminates local overheating of the kettle wall and bottom coking. The coating is melted in a mild and constant temperature environment, which fully retains the original performance of resin, plasticizers and reflective additives in the hot-melt coating. It effectively improves the adhesion and weather resistance of markings, enhances night reflective effect, and greatly reduces the risks of marking peeling, fading and cracking in later service.
Equipped with an upgraded dual-CPU intelligent temperature control system, the equipment can adapt to harsh outdoor environments such as strong wind, low temperature and large day-night temperature differences, and automatically compensate for environmental heat loss. The system collects real-time material temperature data inside the kettle and dynamically adjusts heating power and heating rhythm to avoid sudden temperature drop, heating delay and excessive temperature fluctuation during outdoor construction. It maintains constant coating temperature regardless of seasons and altitudes, ensuring consistent and stable construction quality all year round.

Thickened Wear-resistant Kettle Body: The kettle body is integrally formed with thickened steel plates. The inner liner features high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, adapting to long-term melting operation of high-viscosity hot-melt coatings. It is not easy to deform or form stubborn coking layers. The smooth inner wall prevents material adhesion, simplifies post-construction cleaning, reduces coating waste, and meets the needs of high-frequency outdoor construction.
Hydraulic Double-cylinder Stirring Structure: Adopting a hydraulic-driven double-cylinder stirring system with stable and high-power forward and reverse uniform stirring, the equipment thoroughly solves common problems such as coating stratification, precipitation and semi-melted materials. It realizes uniform mixing of pigments, resin and reflective fillers, ensuring consistent color and viscosity of each batch of coatings, so as to form road markings with uniform color and stable reflective effect.
High-efficiency Energy-saving Heating System: It supports dual heating modes of diesel and gas, fully adapting to field mobile construction without municipal power supply. Equipped with a heat recovery structure, the thermal efficiency reaches more than 80%, reducing fuel consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional hot-melt kettles, which significantly cuts the construction cost of large-scale road marking projects.
